After losing my Mom at the age of 8 to cancer

I decided to dedicate much of my life, particularly, the way I live it – to learning as much as possible about how to live a life that is both healthy and fulfilled. I’ve made it my mission to inspire others to take time to slow down and get in tune with their body, mind, and soul so that they too, can learn what it is that they need to move through any challenge they may be facing. 

Throughout my 10 years as a Massage Therapist and 8 years of self-development and mindset work, I’ve learned that one of the best ways to adapt to our ever-changing lives, is to just keep moving forward. Making one decision at a time, and taking one step at a time. I'll be the first to admit though, that it's not always an easy road. That’s why I created a community where people can feel safe to share their stories of struggle and also what they found helped them grow and shift to get through it – and this is where the real magic happens for YOU! Because when we can relate to others and feel their heartache, but also receive the energy from their light, we too can start on our own healing journey.



I love to learn about nutrition, positive mindsets, and general health and wellness tips from others, so that I can share these stories with the people in this community! It’s not your job to be “all-knowing,” but it sure helps to be part of a community of people from all different walks of life who may have also experienced the exact things you have.
