A question from listener, Alex- I understand it’s important to try things that scare us but I’m not much for taking chances. This is how I’ve always been, I side more on the cautious side. I find this often holds me back, how would you suggest I break through this barrier?

Will my 100 year old self look back on this and laugh? What’s the worst that can happen? Has this decision come to me on so many occasions and I keep ignoring it? 

Pick one thing everyday that makes you feel a little uncomfortable and continue to do it. You might notice a huge shift in your confidence levels!
