YOU DO YOU! You don’t do whatever you think you need to do for your partner. The essence of who you are has nothing to do with what you wear or the make up you put on! If it feels yucky, Dana says, do not do it. Michelle is in full support of doing something for you, and only you. If it feels good for you, dress up! If not, don’t.
Michelle has needed a burst of inspiration in her movement routine. She got a Peloton! She shares her experiences with listeners.

Michelle and Dana are in full support of doing what feels good to YOU! We don’t need to be dressing up for others. Self-worth is a huge topic, one in which we don’t fully understand the magnitude of.
